You think maybe freeing up the cash by downgrading Cox might be a better option? I've been considering it all week, as I think he's finished (score-wise at least). Could really roll the dice, downgrade him to a rookie, and set up a few upgrades with that cash alone. Or alternately, downgrade him to a decent ruckman, and use it for a single upgrade?
I have a very strong league. Currently sitting 6th (despite being ranked 2000th overall 
).
I have 8 trades left, however am playing the top side this week.
Without Bradshaw I would have to start Myers (if he gets named).
Is it worth doing the Bradshaw to McLeod trade this week?
If I can get the win this week, I should make top 4 as I have an easier run home.
Is McLeod a better long term option than Bradshaw come finals time?
McLeod plays Richmond, Essendon, Saints, Bulldogs throughout finals
Bradshaw plays Hawks, Dogs, Blues, Swans

The thought of downgrading Cox has also crossed my mind, but to who? Not many reliable ruckman. Ottens could be an opton in a couple of weeks, but I was going to use him as an upgrade for Simmonds.
Cox has only been playing 65-70% game time the past 3-4 weeks. Would suggest all is not well and like C.Cornes, it appears not to be a matter if if they end season early, but when.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't think McLeod even had a tagger against the Hawks. Was running free in 1st qtr, but did very little after that.
Still don't think he was tagged for rest of match, just faded out of it. Even if he was tagged it is very concerning as Hawks only genuine tagger is currently out injured

Mcleod didn't train yesterday with the team.
yeah, the only problem is Cox's price is going to a massive hit in the next fortnight. Has a B/E of 197 this week, even scoring at 110 he will drop over $50k in the next 2 weeks. Maybe this week is the week to move him on.
I'm off to explore some replacements.
Glad I never picked Dal Santo at the start of the season or traded him into my team, just hasn't been right IMO.

On the training report on crows board it stated that he trained indoors.
Has knee soreness, but should be right to play.

Puts serious question marks on him. Knee soreness isn't easily fixed.
Tim Clarke mostly. Has done the job on McLeod before and is our only genuine tagger insofar as he has little else to his game.

I read early on in the week he had a hamstring problem and might be rested. I think it was on the Sydney board somewhere. Hope it isn't true!
