captains 4 round 2???

i have as potential captains(consistant):

judd
cross
c.cornes
milburn
cox
shaw
b.johnson

or i have as mass scorers(but very inconsistant):

Fev
hall
stanton
s.johnson

last week i had c.cornes, good(not terrific) captain score

this week i was thinkin cross(against melbourne), he usually plays well against the dees....opinions???

also who...S.D.Thompson or Proud in starting 22?

and anothe also who.....gamble or tipppett or riolli in starting 22??

I am seriously considering Cox. Adelaide don't have much ruck stocks ATM, so he could have another day out. I would not quite rely on Judd yet IMO as he is still not at his best/fittest yet and they are playing against quality opposition.

I would go S. Thompson, although Proud is very tempting.

Toss a coin on gamble, tippet, or rioli - they all had similar scores last week.

tuck on field, bird emg! i have tuck and bird on my bench and tuck as emg. houli is my cheapest mid starter so i hav no problem with deciding who 2 pick this week, like alternatvista said, picking outta a hat is as good as researching 5 hrs on this question. all 3 r up against quality sides, they all play for quality sides, none of them play key roles. expect only 60 from whoever u pick.

Proud was definitely named, Thompson just on an extended interchange...

I like rioli and Gamble... but hey, they;re all good.

With Masten, Proud, Hansen been named that's all of my squad of 30 getting a game in the 1st 2 rounds. Saves me having to trade Hartlett out this week at least don't think he will last to long though.

My biggest problem this week is who out of Gamble or Rioli on the field & who to have as an emergency. Similar in defense 2 of Proud, Hansen & Thompson on the field the other will be an emergency. Also tempted to put Masten on the field instead of Houli who got a lot of it last week but use of the ball let him down. Decisions decisions.....

I have the same problem in my backline, I have to start 2 out of Proud/Hansen/Thompson

i would start proud and flip for thompson and hansen
start rioli and again flip, i dont like tippet or edwards this week vs saints/eagles

how can u even be deciding outta who start from gibbs/houli, u should only hav 1 of those 2 on ur team, considering there are so many rookies in the mid tht will get heaps of games throughout the season and can score the same as gibbs and houli. i wuld start gibbs anyways, coz he will get a bit of the ball this week as judd, stevens, murph hav very tough opp.!

in ur case i would pick hanson and then flip a coin with the other 2 (thts wat il be doin)

rioli ova tippett, jst coz i like hawks this yr, lol. but edwards will shine(could b this week)

I have gone for Proud(definitely named and playing) and Thompson(shown he can put points on the board, hansen hasn't played yet) Hansen will be emg.

Taken your advice and gone with Rioli.

I also have a similar problem with captain.

stay clear of chad hes gettn tagged by goodes, out of those id probs go for dal

as walesy said....RAIN....which i totally forgot about. yes c cornes will get tagged, milburn will jst hav a scrappy defender game in the rain. and the goals will b cuming from the smalls up fprward this week, so pav wont score 110+. go with dal, i wish i had him!

Annoying all my big guns have got rain this week... so I'm in for a shocker

I can't be bothered checking reports of where its going to rain or not so I took the safe route and locked in Chapman as my captain. Under the roof against Essendon, I'm expecting him to score about 150.

I have a choice between Gamble, who will probably have one of the very Baby Bombers on him, so could be chance of a few touches, Rioli, who has a lot of run, so might be able to do some good things over at Subiaco, or Tippett, who will probably be monstered by a succession of Eagles (big Cox included).

I'm leaning towards Gamble, but only just, over Rioli.

Oh ok now i understand, yeah i have gibbs and houli and 1 rookie, might take your advice and trade gibbs next week for a rookie that will jump in price the following week.. Milburn playing under the TD roof though, would you still go Dal Santo?? I'm not too sure but i guess Dal Santo is the safe bet!
