In a result that surprises nobody, the SFA's greatest generation defeated a bunch of geriatrics who grew up on ALLCAPS SIMS and 2-page match threads quite handily in the end.

@The Filth Wizard and @Tarkyn_24 both booted 4 goals but TFW kicked 4 butts as well making him the winner of that shootout.

Sorry mate, we did pin this thread at the top of the forum list, put a banner ad up on BF, mention it in the OP of the match threads and I passed a message to the captains to plug at the start of the week to make this visible.

With 300 people on this board it's not the most practical thing for me to tag specific individuals. The good news is that this isn't anywhere near over yet and donations are welcomed

In fact, I have plans for a follow-up event that will go into next week.

Be sure to keep an eye out on the forum for threads outside of the match threads, usually we have these sorts of events every season and people also run side competitions that might interest you.

Just catching up on this, Kudos to all who have been involved in organising such a worthwhile event to raise money for an important cause, one which is close to many people's hearts. Thank you to those who have shared their heartwarming and touching stories, great to see the SFA community coming together in support.
