Burge said he will not be risked this week but should be available for Round 3.

Based on the last 5 years of soft tissue injuries to Chad that Round 3 date got me like

Lewis' durability is a pretty big concern for mine. He needs continuity with his body and we need a contingency plan for when he's unavailable. At the moment, we don't have either. Seems like we put all our eggs in the one basket at the past couple of drafts. Any time Lewis plays, I see it as a bonus rather than a given.

We didn't have a choice, need to build the midfield first.

A lot of people think Lewis is the greatest thing since sliced bread. But you need to take into account getting on the park. 6th season now and another one interrupted by injury.
Otherwise, Max Bailey would have been the greatest ruckman we ever had and Chad one of the best small forwards we've had.

Once the midfield is stocked we will go for KPP's, a lot of them - some will make it, some won't but if we get enough through the door we should be covered... hopefully.

The cookers are a small but loud group that are attracted to any story they can add to their 'evidence' folder. Like flys to shit that lot.

Just for facts in case anyone does venture into the social media cesspool, covid vaccines make you 3 times more at risk of pericarditis and myocarditis. Covid infection increases that risk to 35 times...

I hope to god I am wrong but the clubs continued “Grumbling” knee updates fill me with very little confidence.

That tweet sounded like someone repeating news that Burge shared some several weeks ago about his non ACL knee having a bit of fluid, which why now the date is round 6-7 rather than rounds 4-5, which we already knew.
