Lets break this down.

1. Who had Dank and Robinson over at their house to discuss the set up of the Program.
2. Who met with Charter on the GC
3. Who was verbally told about issues regarding the program by Dr Reid
4. Who was frustrated the program was stopped by Reid
5. Who was Dr Reids letter addressed too.
6. Who was involved in the meeting regarding the consent forms with players.
7. Who was receiving texts from Dank regarding the program.
8. Once the protocols were put in place who did Reid have to give recommendations regarding substances

I had nothing to do with it though, it wasn't me. I just did gameplans and coached the blokes to kick the ball backwards 95% of the time

Excellent post but you forgot to mention that Hird was in the interview for Dank from which he was appointed.

a few texts isn't proof of anything really. No I wasnt there but has Robson or hamilton contested the common understanding that they were in charge of Robinson?

Dank and Hird were regularly texting. Certainly specifically discussed Thymosin. Unless he lived under a rock he must've seen the Dank article with McKenzie, where he stated he used TB4. #drugcheats

Hird couldn't tell the truth if he tried, couldn't lie straight in bed. Just BS and buck passing, taking no responsibility. He was in it up to his eyeballs. Was the one, unless there's two "James Hird's" that got Corcoran to talk to Reid to use his UN skills to get him onside with the injection regime.

If you think otherwise, you're delusional.

I tell you what, lets hear what the EFC think happened, let them tell us Dean Robinson was behind a lot of this, then lets hear what Dean Robinson has to say.
Dont forget.... Dean Robinson has already had his say. He, Danks and Charters have been the only ones to speak for cash prior to the case being closed... and gee didnt we all take seriously his comments re the AFP raiding Hirds house and the 'Black Ops".... say it again!!!

I look forward to hearing Deans view on CJC when he gets his infraction notice and then sure let him tell his side of the story.

He was head of the department... directly responsible for Dank, yet people dont want to care about that as it was all hird.

Rest assured DEAN's whack is well on its way.

DEAN ROBINSON.... when are people and the Media actually going to question the role of this guy. To date everyone has been happy to throw it at Hird, but now its over, I suggest you look much harder into the character of this bloke, the role he played and the role as head of department that he held.

These is a reason why the AFL and ASADA were happy to put more weight on his evidence than that of Hird! But thats all irrelevant now that the bans have been handed down and Dean Robinson is no longer protected.

Dean Robinson will be in the gun now....

I like the part when the efc had to pay him a million dollars to secure his silence.

That's why he won his wrongful dismissal claim. He knows he stuffed up, has moved on but not Hird. They all played a role, only 2 refuse to accept responsibility, Dank and Hird.
I dont disagreed with your comments re Dank and Hird not accepting responsibility... however why have the media never been backing down Robinson's door or asking him for comment given his direct involvement, position at the club and association with DANK. I know why the Age havent chased him....

Well this narrative got ruined when EFC paid him a big whack of cash to shut up. When you do that, it's hard to make the case that the guy is just lying.

You know what?
I don't think the EFC will be putting any blame on D.Robinson.
I think D.Robinson has way more to say, but the EFC paid not to hear it.
I would love to see him get that infraction notice, then we might hear some truths

you really think that was the case! The AFL were the ones that demanded he be immediately sacked and I can assure you they were also the ones paying the million dollars for it to go away.

But now that the case is done... just wait as there is no benefit in silence anymore and characters like Robinson are better off speaking and incriminating themselves...

There are things happening behind the scenes with respect to Robinson...

He and Bock will get that notice when ASADA get around to it.....

With respect to the essendon case... Robinson has spoken.... 4 times to ASADA in fact as they loved what he had to say as it supported the direction that they wanted to head with the interim report. Hird was interviewed once BTW... STRANGE????

Can you supply proof of either of these allegations or are they just more myths spouted by deluded Essendon supporters?

I'll address it
1. Hird hosted the meeting but others were present
2. Dank brought him along. We also dont know if other were present or if it was just Hird
3. Reid and Hird are friends so hardly a surprise Reid consulted Hird about what to do
4. There may have been other frustrated staff also
5. Hamilton. Hird already knew of his concerns and asked him to formalise them in a letter
6. Robinson, Dank, Hird from what we are told. Is it unusual for the coach to be at a meeting with the players?
7. Hird that we know of but there could have been many more. Robinson and Hamilton may have received texts every hour for all we know
8. Hird, so what?

So what ?

If Hird had adhered to protocols that he himself agreed too then 34 players may not now be filthy drug cheats sitting a year on the sidelines

I don't believe you. Got anything to back that up? No? Didn't think so.

You know what i find strange?
Robinson spoke out, yet Hird never.
Why do you think Robinson was allowed, yet Hird said he can't?

Well this narrative got ruined when EFC paid him a big whack of cash to shut up. When you do that, it's hard to make the case that the guy is just lying.
Different issues.... Robinson's unfair dismissal had nothing to do with the ASADA case. He was immediately stood down on the orders of the AFL. Danny C had to immediately deliver the message after a meeting at AFL house. At the time the AFL didnt need to headache or the case, so it just went away.

According to one source, not the club

So he invited his friend to a meeting to shut him up?

It's been reported for 3 years that Hamilton and Robson were Robinson's superiors
No Mexy - not according to one source. According to the "agreed facts" by both parties, yes the players too, at the CAS.

But you would rather go with what has been reported in HS. Okay then.

Well I thought the Bombers contention was Robinson was in charge of the program and Hird only aware of it. So it would make sense then for ASADA to talk more to Robinson right? It's hard when you are running several different bullshit stories to keep them consistent.

Well don't tease us, tell us what these issues were and what the dismissal was about.

Ummmmm because Hird and the club respected the process... get Dank, Robinson and Charters were not restricted by the club or AFL. Robinson also spoke out for cash. He has also received a massive payout from the AFL and ESS. So here is a bloke who is happy to make $$$ off the back of loss by all other parties in the sad affair. Quality individual we have there.... then again probably what you would expect from a bloke who was happy to inject players, support staff and his own family with suppliments! Oh and then of course lets not forget selling CJC to AFL footballers and instructing them on how to administer.

Danny C , the bloke who was warned about Dank by players while at the Melbourne rebels when he was going to hire him. That Danny C

A delusion is a belief held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary. As a pathology, it is distinct from a belief based on false or incomplete information, confabulation, dogma, illusion, or other effects of perception.

ESSENDON has paid out a $1 million settlement to former fitness boss Dean “The Weapon” Robinson to end his wrongful dismissal claim.

Looks like the efc did pay lol

Well don't tease us, tell us what these issues were and what the dismissal was about.
Plenty of reasons that the club could stand him down. He had already have his power removed at the end of 2012. Plenty of dodgy actions associate this bloke... but the AFL moved too quickly, demanded he be removed and then just needed it to go away as it was a case they didnt need at that time.

Dank was one of his direct reports... that is probably enough it itself.

Administering drugs to employees onsite is probably another

A terrible year of injuries would be enough in itself.
