8, Don't feel nervous at all at the moment, similar to last week. Feel so confident with this team and believe if we play to our best will win. I just want eddie to kick 6 and have a day out. COME ON ADELAIDE DO NOT LET US DOWN.

I too am VERY confident. Crows have a winning margin of 49 points against the Tigers in their last 3 meetings

About a 7. Mainly just don't even want to contemplate a loss.
But keeping me closer to to 5 are the umpires and the possibility of Richmond going beast mode. If it's umpired fairly and Richmond play usual, we'll win.

Embrace the week and enjoy the fact that this year it is us that gets to be involved in GF week.
Every year I look at GF week and wonder what could have been. Not this year.
We are in the last game of the year and we are 100 minutes of our best football away from a Premiership.

If Richmond have their "story" and their "destiny" then i think the Crows have just as strong a "story" and "destiny". The Crows want this. I hope they get it.
Watching the GWS vs Richmond prelim i thought - "the crows would smash these jokers. GWS don't look like they've played together before. The tiges wont know what hit them next week."
The consolation if the crows lose is i think they are a team that will be better next year.

On the one hand, we have put together 2 nerveless finals thunpings so far. Against good teams.
On the other hand, it would be so very Adelaide to get all of our hopes up like this and then do a reprisal of our R14 vs Hawthorn disappearing act in the Grand Final.
Logically we are the better team and should win comfortably. Richmond has some star players but I think we are the more complete team, and better coached.
Emotionally I refuse to be invested, and I won't until we are 15 goals up with 4 minutes to play.
Concerned about windy weather, the umpires, our nerves if it gets close, and concussion from stray Richmond elbows.

It's all mental. We know our best is good enough but who knows how the teams will come out. They are good enough that if they're fired up and we're a little off, they could take it.

I can see it going two ways. We blow them out the water in the 1st qtr and win by 40pts or they slip away early and we play catch up going goal for goal and fall short by 15pts of less.
