probably too many rookies (moreso in the backline). definitely the first person i've seen with Gilmore in the ruck.

yeah obviously the rookie situation is a worry but i reckon i have enough guns to cover up the fact there are to many rookies starting

and the rookies i do have could pay of BIG time so could be very worthwhile in the long run

I've never done supercoach before this year so I could be completely wrong, but...
When you are starting with that many inexperienced players on the field, let alone your bench, I think that the number of guns you have becomes irrelevant. You'll get big scores from some of your players initially, certainly, until you get injuries. Then you start using trades to cover for your losses of guns. Then you run out of trades, stuck with non-scoring players and rookies to fill three-four spots, and in the second half of the season, you loose touch with the competition.

That said, its my first year too so I could be wrong. Good luck

yeh, the side is pretty unblanced as you have absolute chamions of the game along with guys who have never played an afl match, but considering you do have many guns im guessing you will do alright

yeah it is pretty unbalanced but the youngsters i did pick have the potential to be very good players for me so hopefully they will deliver on their potential

your team is a SHOCKER! don't think you wouldve cracked 2000 this week, but if you even up your midfield then who knows

you could say the stars outweigh the rookies, they wont always crack big scores, eg.bartel got 75, so lets hope they all score over 100+ to cover your rookies, some didnt even play over the weekend.


basically if your starts do crap, you'll understand the point that we trying to make. when your team is balanced, there is a lower chance that you'll get a lower score

i got 2048 this week which isnt a bad start

i know its very unbalanced but supercoach is all about taking risks and the risks i have taken could pay of BIG time or could completely ruin me who knows????????
