All we will get is the status quo which is continued failure and being an “almost” club which is the only thing the club is consistent at.

What status quo are you referencing? They have taken this action , however poorly communicated and laced with dodgy maneuvers to correct shocking historical list management to precisely address the continued failure!!

Players being lied to, well JS clearly didn't recall the numerous times he has been told to modify his behavior ( putting it dramatically mildly ) and if being told i would strongly investigate your options didnt do it, i don't know what would.

I am trying to separate the actions from the execution, the former was 100% needed and correct, however incompetent and hurtful the later was.

Down grade memberships, don't buy reserved seats, cancel memberships or nominate to other clubs ( to maintain your AFL membership).
As stupid as Eddie has become ( what other reason could you possibly have for not terminating Guy ), I'm sure he'd get the message.
