It just goes to show how great Essendon are, when a Bombers loss inspires this sort of talk from all football followers. I suppose we will have to learn to put up with it, because when you are the most successful club in the history of VFL-AFL football, there are a lot of jealous opposition supporters ready to tear Essendon down, and a loss gives those supporters the perfect opportunity.

One thing I'm observing here is that most people that gloating over Carlton's win are not even Carlton fans.
