It happens all the time with these type of situations. It is just attention seeking.

How many Carlton supporters were ripping up their membership because of Fev? Their membership is flying and at 7-4 they were over the moon.

I suspect it is in the interests of SEN (MTR) to paint aker as the victim (Ratings). I also suspect they monitor /screen closely the tone or angle of calls, hence have the ability to manipulate the so called public perception. I am always suspicious when given statistics, apparently 80% of statistics are made up.

If the SMS database technology they utilise is up to scratch the above is easily achievable.

As for the reasons for akers demise, if the core values that underpin a vision were regularly breached I support the decision.

I will be interested in his response to this specifically.

Sports talkback is a waste of time. 99% of the time, I'm embarrassed for callers. Really.

Occasionally I'll dabble MMM post-game to hear player interviews, but when you hear the callers, you truly have to be concerned about the IQ's (and lack thereof) of some callers. When the radio hosts snicker, you know you're onto some real gold.

Which begs the question, if the playing group was that distracted by the rantings of an egomanic, how much metal have they got. Lets hope thay can show they're made of strudy stuff in the next 10 weeks

Libba, Scott West, C Grant, Johno they have really been great dogs men just that they were at a rubbish club.

Aker hard work & a very strange individual but a better footballer than all 4 of those blokes & has performed in big matches, more deserving of a run than Johno this year but you'll keep trying to get Johno up for games when he should of been tapped on the shoulder at the end of last year.

Stevebull, thanks for your input. You make valid points about small mindedness etc and I would rather Aker than Libba but not the others.

Just one question. How are your premiership results since your club stopped cheating and rorting the salary cap??????????????

Honestly though, what would non bulldogs supporters know about our team? The majority of people who ring up SEN do it to get attention. Jim from Hawthorn, Trout from Woodend, That Chris guy who supports Melbourne. They should be on the SEN payroll. They occupy more airtime than the majority of the guests.

The one exception to this is Tortilla(the poster on this board). He has rung up SEN on KB's show a few times when KB and Denham are bashing the doggies and has completely owned Greg Denham with rational argument and facts. He is great value as a caller.
