Sorry, but that was a 4 week penalty .....have we changed the rules yet again ? ....I thought the AFL took into account the potential for serious injury, clearly they didn't in this case

North Adelaide confirmed it was unaware of the allegations until it was contacted by the AFL on Tuesday.
It is understood the Roosters officials and players, including ex-St Kilda speedster Young, were not within earshot at the time of the alleged incident."
Young was involved in a scuffle with Crows midfielder Matt Crouch late in the first quarter, shortly before the comment was alleged to have occurred.
North Adelaide maintains it did not know anything about the matter until Tuesday and it was not a Roosters player or official who made the complaint."

Happened at qtr time in the Crows huddle.
Keep in mind that the Crows reserves have a lot of top up players in their team who are not part of the Crows list.
Crows have been investigating it over the past weeks and contacted the AFL.
Finally saw the Viney incident.
Extremely lucky to have only copped a two week suspension. Should have been at least 4.

Yeah but spud hunter is just that a spud. I think Marshall will play a lot more ruck with No Ryder and Hunter is just a backup.
