was he running smoothly?

Pretty smoothly from the footage I saw, he wasn't really pushing himself though.

I imagine they will just build up his running to top pace over the next few weeks before he starts training properly and then playing again. From all accounts they are pretty happy with his progress so far and he's ahead of schedule.

My 11YO daughter is mad keen on Riewoldt and wanted to know why he wasn't playing after she saw him running on the news.
I told her they had to make sure he was fully healed and was only doing light running.

She wouldn't belive me, "light running, your telling me that was light running, no way"
