Power was chosen after much marketing research (probably all from the US) based on a target audience of children. It has never grown on me. The song is cringe too- also designed for the 21st century by people living in the 20th century.

I liked Pirates or Sharks at the time. With the jumper debate still going on 25 years later, I’m starting to warm to the Inmates.

I will admit that when I moved from Sydney to Adelaide when I was six, I went for Power because it sounded cooler than the Crows.
