That's a massive technicality - the only reason he's not going to be sentenced for it is because he has been elected President again. He's literally the ONLY person in the USA who has this "get out of jail free" card.
One could argue that the need for a "get out of jail free" card was one of the primary drivers in his decision to run for President again. He was looking at spending many years behind bars if he didn't get elected.
Really, nobody here has ever indicated they enjoy seeing the death of innocent people.No one is arguing Hamas = bad.

You are agreeing with posters who enjoy seeing the death of these people and it isn't because they are Hamas.
Again, civilian deaths are as much Hamas' fault as they are the IDF's. Hamas don't value their own people's lives and knowing the consequences, hide in schools, hospitals, anywhere where attacking them will cause civilian deaths and more international outrage at Israel.
Well surprise surprise it's turned out exactly as Hamas planned.

Sentence for Trump has been delayed indefinitely, it hasn’t been dismissed and they will just wait until he is no longer President or he dies, whichever comes first.

But think about what you are saying. You are saying the conerstone of Hamas strategy was knowing Israel would kill civilians.
You realise what that says right.

Of course they knew the consequences. That didn't stop them killing raping and torturing hundreds of families in their homes, knowing the outcome.
Hamas are at minimal, equal murderers of their own people. How would you expect Israel to respond to a vile enemy whose goal is to eradicate Israel?

No, they weren't.The USA was already in WW2 at time of Pearl Harbor.
They were supplying both Russia & the UK via the Lend Lease program, but they weren't active combatants in the war until after Pearl Harbour.

It was providing assistance to the Allies prior to Pearl Harbour from late 1940.
