Arrest him when he comes to Australia as per International Court of Justice ruling.

On day someone is going to explain to me, why Israel is the the one country the LNP and our normally bigoted and intolerant posters get a hard on for in the middle east.

Don't get me wrong, i support their right to exist and defend themselves, but as I do for any other country.

Can the world revoke the Jewish perpetual victim card! Nothing says Victim more than committing a mass assassination of the women and children of your enemies.

Has Hanas, you know that terrorist organisation released the hostages yet?

Do we even know if the women and infants held hostage are still alive?

Will Israel consider allowing Palestine to have its own state?

Do you think the killing of over 44,000 Palestinian people (including women and children) an act of genocide?

The original act on October 7th was unacceptable however the Israeli response has been just as bad.

And if anyone criticises Israel that is not necessarily an act of antisemitism.

The fact you had developed countries voting against the US and Israel in the UN says more than enough - the world does not like the Israeli response.

It's Hamas & what they did was completely unacceptable... but the loss of life now minor compared to the destruction of the palastians by Israel.

2 wrongs don't make a right.

Without a 2 state solution, this will continue to be a bloody mess.

It's sad in this day & age we have 2 wars where leaders have no issue killing innocent people & forcing them to leave their homes.

Yes, and they have come to the table with that in the past. But the PLO / Hamas have rejected it. They don't want a 2 state solution, they want the destruction of Israel.

Actually, no. The IDF have been as targeted as they can, while Hamas have done nothing to protect their civilians, and the proportion of civilian casualties has been as low as - lower than- any other war.

Of course any civilian deaths are tragic. But this is down to Hamas.

Not sure if anyone saw this.

So this guy is the CEO of a healthcare fund that is well known for turning down claims

Thing is, no one apparently cares. Don't get me wrong, police are investigating but the average American is making jokes about it and the company he belongs to still held the meeting he was arriving at, even as he lay dead outside.

Its incredible really. I cant imagine being killed the publicly and no one really caring.View attachment 2182457View attachment 2182458View attachment 2182456
Tbh I'm surprised this sort of thing doesn't happen more often. This man would have been responsible for so many deaths and people own guns over there.

Spot on.
The easy solution is simple release the hostages (if they're still alive that is).

One is a certified terrorist organisation that instigated the blood shed, the other a democratically elected Government.

You cannot be typing with a straight face if you think the IDF have been targeted & low civilian casualty rate.

They have killed far, far, far more innocent people than Hamas militants who started this mess.

IDF are knowingly trying to wipe out Palestinians, with already more than 1 million displaced from homes.

Was this really needed & an appropriate reaction?

There are 2 sides to this war & there are so many who believe only 1 side is fault...

Have Hamas who represent GAZA released the hostages (that's if they're still alive).
Only way this current situation has any chance of ending is to release the hostages (that's if they're still alive).

RELEASE THE HOSTAGES!!!

I'm suprised that some of our middle east focused posters haven't shared the news in Syria

Very worrying ultimately, Assad is a monster, but elements of the opposition (note the change of language...) are somewhat challenging to Western ideals.

Wow, if Russia are pulling back support for Assad regime, could spell the beginning of the end... or perhaps a smaller Syria?

Very uncertain time in the middle east.

Iran is surely a major concern...

I support Israels right to exist and defend themselves

But as a person who has watched the Russia /Ukraine war it isn't hard to see some similarities between Putins regime and the current Israel regime.
