He is always late to his rallies anyway, sometimes up to 2 hours late. I’m 100% certain that if he wasn’t totally flailing on that stage they would have kept him on.

Trump just thinks he is entitled to say or do what he wants without any ramifications.
He thinks he is Emperor Trump.
He insults everyone literally targeting them with derogatory nicknames or mispronouncing their names deliberately so it sounds funny or they dont deserve the most basic of respect or decency.
