Trump stated he won't have anything to do with countries that don't protect the free speech of its citizens which means if Australia wants to continue it's relationship with the US (which i presume it does), dictator Albanese needs to drop his Orwellian mis/disinformation bill. I hope Trump has been briefed on this dictatorial misuse of power by Albanese. Albanese must be kicked to the curb at the next election for even attempting this shit along with his complete ineptitude.

I'm not going to watch this clip, but you honestly think it's appropriate for the USA to interfere with the Australian government?

Seriously wtf!

His appointments are interesting

One of the sadder Lepoard ate my face has been pro Palestinians who organised anti Harris protests seeing his appointment as Ambassador and realising he doesn't care.

But Rubio is pro-ukraine, at least for now, that flys in the face of MAGA hating Ukraine.

I think you'll find the first market updates coming through soon enough warning rate cuts here likely to be impacted by tariff driven inflation.

Whilst it will be funny watching them suffer, we unfortunately aren't immune
We saw 1st time around Trump appoints people around him who will follow his own wishes & they are the best people in the world.... until they don't do what he wants... then he sacks them & they are the worst people in the world.

There is going to be plenty of turnover again...

They dont have to comply with australian government either.
No shit if they are in the USA, but if it related to when they are in Australia they do.

No they don't. What are they gonns do about it.
You're the one claiming Trump won't have anything to do with Australia if he doesn't get his own way.

Lol, just lol

Why would the US continue with its 5 eyes relationship with a country that's antithetical to its own beliefs in regards to free speech? Of course Trump should force Albanese to drop his ridiculous misuse of power by trying to abolish free speech in this country. You sound like you agree with Albanese trying to abolish free speech by sneaking it through under the guise of protecting children. What a disgusting overeach of power.

Maybe because their most important security base (outside of the US) is on Australian land

And currently outside of Chinese missile range

No, I'm just saying is laughable that you think Trump should be able to dictate Australian government domestic policy.

Seriously wtf!

Lol, like Trump will get the shits with Albanese & close it down.

Rudd with get moved on and he'll deserve it because he's a twat
There will be hardly anyone who will shed a tear when Rudd is moved on...

Imagine being so cucked that you suggest Trump should walk away from an 80 year old alliance because he disagrees with one small component of our domestic politics.
So the australian government gets to dictate what's misinformation on social media. Only an absolute cuck would think that's a "small component".

And yet this. If so damaging to Trump why didn't the Biden DOJ release it all, they tried all sorts of other lawfare against him?

I think we have to face the reality. The list will never be released or it will be manipulated in house and names conveniently left off. Im all for it being released in its enterity so going but but but Biden, i dont give a ****, release it. But if you think Trump will release this list in its entirety

Personal voting is a thing in Australia too, but I think it's more pronounced when people are voting for multiple offices from President down to County Recorder at the same time.
Yep, lesson here is should have run for House

🤣

trump said in a tv interview about 2 months that he didn't plan on releasing them

This will probably turn out like the twitter files. SFA will see the light of day

Though in the case of the twitter files, there was simply nothing to see

It will never see the light in its accurate form just like the panama papers.

Everything, even the unthinkable should be assumed to be on the table with trump. I think he has too many issues at the moment to worry about things like an alliance. But we dont know what 3 years into his reign will look like. For all we know he could demand several Billion dollars a year in fees using the alliance as some sort of business protection racket. Attached could be sweeping policy reforms to match the USA like some sort of annexed state.

I dont think there will. People know what to expect. Previous presidents took advice and didnt employ yes men. Trump is a different animal. He employs yes men and he expects them to do everything he says without hesitation. Those accepting the positions do so with the full knowledge the minute they say no, is the minute they are replaced with someone who will. So Trust me, they will do his bidding. They all know whats coming down the pipeline. This has all been in the planning for 12 months as to what office will be run by who and exactly what Trumps expectations are. He has control like no president in the history of the USA has had at his disposal. He effictively controls every tier of government and the judicial system.

Make no mistake, he will do what he wants, when he wants and no one will hold him accountable and tell him to stop. The supreme court will even make up work arounds for the constitution to help Trump get his way.

The only people he doesnt control are the military. So any attempt to use and deploy the military against USA citizens will no doubt be refused. So there is that. But there is no chance aside from that anyone will stop Trumps other programs.
