Im always tempted to correct peoples form in the gym, especially when they're looking like they're heading towards an injury, but decide against it since i'll probably be told where to gohowever, i did see some patrons doing a single arm DB row last night. angle of back greater than 45 degrees (i.e. half way to upright).
Even worse than that, the trainers don't even seem to correct form, even when training a client. Trainer was training someone and her client said "my lower back is getting really sore" (doing squats), the trainer responded with "well yeah, that's good, pain is a good thing". The girls form was horrible...am waiting for a law suit.
