Everyone can bench 2 plates. 40kg kids dripping wet can and I just can't get near it.

Probably why Nippard has gotten into the research and debate style of videos, there’s only so much you can get out of showing people workout routines before you slide down into Athlean X territory with “bigger biceps in 21 days” style videos.

They hang around long enough to contradict what they said 6 months earlier too. "Best shoulder/leg/back workout using science ever" should only be posted sparingly, not regularly
I’m not shocked either, sort of confirms the culture I thought they may have had, v glad I never went there now in all seriousness

im 50 and i can only just do a couple of reps
ive never been able to bench properly, my tech is shit and my shoulders always take the hit at the front
i just smith machine it on an incline or go dumbbells at a lighter weight and more reps

Guidelines recommend to not take caffeine about 8hrs before bedtime.

Whats funny about the recommendation? Taking caffeine in the evening impacts sleep quality and recovery levels.

Dont worry going at 5 or 6am is no picnic either, always have to load up on caffeine just to get me to the gym let alone train.

I have a lot of caffeine but I don't drink coffee after about 2pm usually, and definitely not past 3.
Might have a tea ocassionally at about 4pm at the latest.
I thought it was just common knowledge that it interferes with your sleep
