Inventing new weird lifts that look good on Instagram is a new one too.

The basic compound lifts have been used for decades for a reason.

Probably why Nippard has gotten into the research and debate style of videos, there’s only so much you can get out of showing people workout routines before you slide down into Athlean X territory with “bigger biceps in 21 days” style videos.

They hang around long enough to contradict what they said 6 months earlier too. "Best shoulder/leg/back workout using science ever" should only be posted sparingly, not regularly
