We have a trainer who is a real drill sargeant and as such a few avoid her Friday classes. There was like 4 there this morning, unfortunately said trainer takes it out on the people that actually bother to rock up and makes us do extra. I pointed out it's unfair and got told "I don't give a ****", that's really mean.

Clearly attracted but masking it with low key hostility?

That's fair enough and i think a lot i train with agree with you. Me I've found I respond to it well for some reason, I know when she walks past and doesn't tell me off I'm doing good.

Feels like you might have posted it in the wrong thread there my man

Barely anyone goes to the gym here on Friday night or even on the weekends.
Because I go to the gym at 2am. My day is done at 6am

Don’t know if it’s allowed to be discussed but if it’s not then delete my post, but is alone on or has tried steriods? I haven’t myself yet am slightly interested on looking at some sort of low dose low risk sorta set up

I started a PED thread for discussion AAAAGES ago and got absolutely no replies. I suspect it doesn’t go against any rules (noting I’m not the mod here) but people aren’t super keen to talk about it (or werent at least)

Didnt know that, if you have a link, I would be interested in posting or at least offering my 5cents worth to it.

If someone has been training for a few years, squeezed everything out and still not happy with where they are at and understand all the health issues then I don't really have anything against it even I I wouldon't do it.

If someone is young and just been training for only a few months and decides to go down that route then imo they are an idiot.

I actually think championing everyone for being honest about taking roids is a bit backwards too. Again just makes it more normal for those getting into that scene.

If you were going for Mr Olympia or whatever then you don't have much choice even though I think steroids in competitive body building should be outlawed but that's a different discussion. But for the everyday people just rocking up to the gym I just find it to be dangerous and cheating.

A good physique is very attainable by just putting in the work and people shouldn't feel like they need to risk their health to make it happen or fast track it in an industry where the cornerstone is supposed to be at least some level of well being
