I think at the very least another 2016 style clear out of the assistants should be on the cards.

I am beginning to wonder what Rutten and Teague as ex-senior coaches are bringing in the way of new and fresh ideas. We should be looking to poach the best and brightest assistants at teams like Geelong, Sydney and Collingwood. The latter of which ironically is probably Leppa.

I for one think getting Shaun Grigg back to the club as an assistant is becoming a priority. Where are all the fresh ideas in the box?

Teague helped us be the highest scoring side in the H+A season last year...

The reason we were irrelevant for 37 years was we accepted mediocrity. We need to start making the tough calls if we don't want to fall into the same pattern. Time for Dimma to go.

I think it was the opposite
We never accepted it and kept blaming coaches

I think if the survey was reset now it'd be 70% go. Buckley= NO, McRae has just proven how lousy a coach Buckley truly was. Leppitch could be good or maybe some untried quality assistant at another club. We finish bottom 6, heaps of retirements will follow Cotch, Riewoldt, Tarrant maybe Grimes? Potentially cash in McIntosh and Broads value at FA. Within next 2-3 years Dusty, Lynch, Nank, Pickett, Vlastuin gone also. We're going to be spending $3,000,000 of our salary cap on Dusty and Lynch next 2 years also, without them being the matchwinners they once were. Here comes the pain, cos the cliff has already arrived.
Maybe Short and Baker could be traded for low picks whilst they've got currency? Wonder if we picked up some of Lynches salary if we could cash him in for something from a team like Melbourne who's contending but KPF stock is almost as grim as ours? Everyone bagged the Pies for having a fire sale but it worked out ok for them.

Time for a fresh voice and new ideas.
the Richmond man thing only lasts so long.
I love Dimma and what he has done for our club. I will be forever grateful to him.
but 13 years is long enough.

Yes, it's time for him to go.

Cotch and Riewoldt will go. Tarrant will also go.

Peggy is gone.

Gale is likely to go

Our recruiters and list management need to go.

Our fitness team is woeful as are our assistant coaches

There are another 7 players on the list that aren't good enough and need to go.

Miller, Ralphsmith, Ross, Mansell, McIntosh, Colina, Banks,

We need a broom through the place and a fresh start.

I think the first three names on your list can stay as it may be a development issue and game plan thing like 2016. Assistants first with a higher fitness staff. Skills coach need’s major upgrade.

Thinking a Boston Celtics approach.

Damien Hardwick can become Football Director, new coach can be exactly what you say. I think we've lost a lot of quality like McRae, Caracella, Leppa, Rutten and replaced them with garbage. I would still like Damien H involved with the club, he could honestly get a 'promotion', Neil Balme honestly would be retiring this year right? I'd like to keep Dimma at Richmond but don't see him as the senior coach for much longer.
