Is it time for Michael Christian to go

So from that footage it's clear Maynard doesn't touch ball with his hands .... could be that it barely brushes his tricep as there is a slight ripple effect .... though lets face it ... ultimately its an average attempt to smother and its more like the ball touched him

As for your Christian verdict ... looks like your on your lonesome there

The old the ball touched Maynard, rather than Maynard touching the ball.

I don't think the incident should've been cited. Maynard did nothing wrong. He jumped up and tried to attempt a smother, in which he touched the ball.

Here I had the footage the whole time:

Even in this clip, it ends with Maynard's hands being outstretched. How does he go from that to knocking Brayshaw out with his shoulder. If he really wanted to minimize impact, he should've just put his hands out.

Coupling this with the fact that Maynard is an aggressive player, seems obvious that his intent was to inflict some pain on Brayshaw. Not to knock him out, but to make him earn his kick.

despite the experts at tribunal refuting every word you wrote here, you still persist .. 0.3 of a second, zero chance of making any decision, as detailed by the expert, it was purely instinctual, just an accident and if he had time to react , then WHY didnt Brayshaw veer left instead of further in to his path??

Did you agree on Mansell being suspended this year?

Sarcoidevo has lost all credibility. They said on multiple occasions, that Maynard never touched the ball, then I showed a video that Maynard did touch the ball. Just give them enough rope...

What makes them experts? They saw exactly the same footage we saw.
Call them in and call them experts .
Have you seen the ruling tribunal list, mostly ex footballers.

Was his brain turned off before he started moving his arms down? By the same token could we argue speed chess players are doing the impossible?

Yes he purposely touched the ball with a flabby square inch of his tricep and stopped the ball flying 40m downfield

If there was a Smother of the Year award he would win it :thumbsu:

That doesn't make sense. Similar incidents in terms of reaction times/result, but different rulings. That's inconsistency.

So you as poster can be inconsistent but the MRO cannot? You can't ask for consistency when you can't do it yourself.
