Is North Melbourne passing on Logan McDonald going to be the 2021 version of the Bulldogs passing on Buddy for Ryan Griffin

I'd take Shaun McKernan ahead of Toby Pink. And McKernan sucked.
I'd rather take Pink as a DFA than spend a high second rounder on McKernan.

North's current key forward draft pick budget must be the most frugal of all time.

Larkey - pick 73
Teakle - MSD pick 15
Pink - DFA

Obviously this week will be phillips restricts gulden all game but a late turnover from phillips results in gulden then hitting up mcdonald to kick the winner and this thread exploding

*mcdonald having not had a kick all game

I'm not convinced Logan McDonald is anything special.
I was right!

People can keep giving North crap about picking Will Phillips over Logan McDonald but for me. I have never thought McDonald was a great player, If North had their time again they would pick neither of these players.

Grainger-Barrass?

Not sure about that but it was a terrible draft wasn't it?

Not much to love. Holmes (20) looks clearly the best of the non-academy players.

Think Thilthorpe is in for a massive 2025 if he can stay injury free. Looks imposing.

Still relatively early so players could still breakout from here but looking a very weak draft
