Can you expand on this a bit more?
So is Motlop and we'd get to keep Doogie and SPP.
yes but will he be capable of kicking this with Port's system? You could bring in Jeremy Cameron and I don't trust he would kick even half of his usual haul due to Ken's dynamic and creative game plan.Fantasia. If you want to be a stickler about it he's kicked 39 goals in a season rather than 40, but he's absolutely 'capable' of kicking 40 goals a season.

Because he is allergic to having too many KPP's in his sides.Cameron would defiantly fail to score because Ken would have him in the back line, because reasons
If we moved to Netball Ken would recruit Rugby players. Tennis and he’d grab synchronised swimmers. You could make him a full time Grayhound trainer at the clubs expense and he’d probably have a brain wave of making them chase salad as being healthier for the dogs.enquire about having Port Adelaide play in another national code of sport
Pretty much. This thread suggests we should rotate the tyres but ignore the blown head gasket. What’s the point?
I’ve had a revelation. This forum is an egregore.

It’s actually amusing feeling the psychic tentacles of this thing trying to pull you back in. The sad part is, it’s not an egregore that helps you grow.
If this club wants to ever reach the pinnacle, the best thing it can do is exorcise the people on this forum from its decision making. Nothing it does will satisfy you, because this particular egregore revolves around getting rid of the people in charge as the panacea to a problem that is actually about building a egregore within the team (when people speak of “connection”, they are talking about egregores).
Getting rid of losers like Frampton who don’t buy in to what we are trying to do - generally dumb as ******* materialists who think the world is just what they see with their own two eyes, that view the club as just a job - is the next step in creating that bond between the playing group.
These guys need to forget about the money and start playing for something greater than that. That’s where true freedom of expression lies. If they can’t build that bond and strengthen the entire group under the egregore of winning premierships, then there is no point to any of it.
When Whately said that the club who dominated the SANFL isn’t us, I wasn’t thinking “I don’t expect that.”
I was thinking, “Not yet.”
That’s the egregore I promote. So you lot can sit back and complain and be an anchor dragging behind the boat of necessary change. I believe in the direction the club is heading and I know that when we get there, we’ll be there for eternity, because we’ll expect to win.

You lot severely overrate the value of your voice. Do you actually think this board is the parliament of the Port Adelaide membership base or something, and you represent the greater viewpoint of everyone else?
I'm still in genuine disbelief that it took him until LAST SEASON, despite his mediocre record, to finally decide to seek external training. Its so incredibly important in such an important role and all coaches worth their salt in any elite sport do it. It has very evidently helped Hardwick, Clarko has been doing it for years, why on earth was he ever allowed to not go learn? What the fu**?
Pick one.
They both say the same thing - the club shouldn’t listen to people who have built a community on negativity. It’s just that one of them was from the perspective of the club acting the way it had been (ignoring negative supporters), and the other is a statement on what needs to happen in order to succeed (continue ignoring negative supporters and concentrate on building connection within the playing group).
There is absolutely nothing to be gained by listening to the people on here, because they don’t want the team to actually be successful under the current regime. A complete lost cause.
