to be fair, the impact Darling will have at North wont be obvious to spectators, as a lot of it will be off-field
Such a leader during covid. The work he does behind the scene's atm has really set-up WC and I'm shocked they are trading him.

When North shoot up the ladder next year, JD will be main reason.

Much maligned player. Statistically, Darling has had a very good AFL career. With all that considered, North are absolutely bonkers if they offer this guy a 3 year deal. Give him 1 and a trigger for a second if he plays 18 games (At the very most!)

You're not going to get him to move interstate unless it's a 2 year deal at minimum I would've thought.

This is an interesting one. I feel like it benefits North in the short term, more than the long term, which is an odd approach for a side consistently in the bottom 4.

However, if having an extra forward target improves team balance and results in some extra wins in 2025, I feel like North fans would take it.

Create some winning culture is also important.

As a pure stop-gap to stop Larkey getting swamped while the young KPPs develop, it seems fair enough.

The number of people these days that don't know lose and loose is sad.

I mean, I can get the use of the wrong their, there or they're but lose and loose are two completely different words.

A bit like a 'mute' point 🙈

Realistically he's replacing sellers on our list who averages 0.5 possessions a game.
