There's nothing that screams franchise club when you look at one of the most historically successful clubs winning premierships and training at top class facilities in the heartland of VFL/AFL football!

We are going to have top notch facilities right on the doorstep of the MCG. What other club can say that?

Anyone who gets off at Richmond station is gonna see our HQ on the way into the game and know that we are a professional and modern club.

I'm for it
