Nah. Unless you want it to escalate. The Goodes booing was escalated by people being told not to boo. Most of the continued booing wasn't racism, it was sticking the finger up at authorities telling us what we could and couldn't do at the footy.
Perceptive people are refreshing in a world of catastrophizing, hyperbolic finger pointers.

Too right, too right, leave the hyperbole and catastrophising to the properly qualified.

anyone who can explain the people who boo either opposition or umpires AFTER they win a match? explain it in a rational way ...I think some people boo because of the lives they live...i wouldnt even begin trying to stop them
I often sit at home and boo myself for the life I'm living and leading, but that just makes me wallow deeper in self pity, which in turns gives me more to boo myself about.

well at least you can feel good about yourself because your internalised booing is only depressing you. .. people who boo other people for their failings are spreading their despair...

Cheer up - won't be long before you can watch the next episode of the peregrine falcons as they demolish half the bird life within a 25:km radius of Melbourne

Haven't we been through this before? The ones who deserve pity are those who have gotten the best out of themselves. They have nowhere else to go. Others have upside. Plenty of upside.

They must be sitting on their eggs already. My magpies are nesting. Predatory birds like to get a head's start on the other birds so they can raid the nests and take the young of normal birds. I don't understand why the non-predatory birds don't realise the target they are making of their fledglings and start nesting earlier themselves.

in the spirit of our recent closeness, I will tell you about two kookaburras who used to nest in the back of my block. I cleared some trees and it seemed to have encouraged several crows to come in and scare them out.... I am suffering from feelings of responsibility although I regulary boo the crows during their games to compensate.
