If the Hawks think they can nab a young Premiership player on the cheap, I’d suggest we keep him. We don’t have to trade him so they have to pay overs. Hawks board are talking a F3 pick. No thanks. It’s a nothing pick.

He’s too immature for my liking. Not professional enough.
Can’t see him getting to be a midfielder. We’re good on small forward stocks now.
His value will drop next year if he has another year like the last. Reckon the club will be looking to get what they can for him before his value drops.
Whatever happens here, I’m ok with it.
If he stays, I’m happy and hope he works on his fitness a bit.
If we trade him and get something beneficial, great.
Either way, I’ll trust our gun list manager knows what he’s doing.

If Ginnivan gets traded I am assuming there is more to this story than football talent. It may also explain the Wright genius. He went after Schultz knowing Ginnivans head was on the chopping block. The tradeplan may have always been Schultz replaces Ginnivan.
It's all just speculation of course. If Ginnivan stays then I hope it's the kick up the arse he needs.

We apparently enquired about Shultz as a FA next year early in 2023 so not sure there’s a correlation.
