Reminds me of a story of a player in country footy. His thigh bone kept would dislocate really easily but his teammates knew that if it did to just get it back in and he'd be fine. Gets tackled, goes down in pain. They figure it's popped out again so try to get it back in. Bloke just screams in pain. They figure it just really be out so really try to push it back in. Bloke eventually passes out so they get him taken to hospital.

Pleased to see that Kelly seems to be recovering and still has a sense of humour.
I watched the play where he was injured and it was another of those "happens many times a game" incident where the guy gets up and plays on.
As always you just can't beat bad luck.

Douglas copped some ballbag bleeding last year after a hit. Apparently still runs around with a box in his shorts.
