How long has CD been hanging in the coaches box? He wasn't always in there. Is it standard for the GM to be in there?
He was in the box when Hinkley pulled the 1 -5 face and fingers after Motlop goaled in April showdown in 2018.

Rohde was always in the box. The box or bench is the only place the GM Footy Ops should be, unless he has to go to the hospital with a badly injured player in an interstate game.

But that's the thing, it wasn't a promotion. He was going from one assistant role to another. The big thing for me is the fact we let him go. You do that for an assistant who gets a head coaching job but to go be an assistant at a different team? I can't think of a time that's happened with someone currently contracted.
That’s what annoyed me.
It seems pretty clear what’s happened.

Cos Cardone reckons having divided loyalties/obligations doesn't matter and don't get me started on Gav and what he did/didn't do while a member.
Cos Cardone would know that too well. What a fraud he is, fits perfectly with Ken & Koch. Do we have anyone at the club who genuinely puts Port first above their own interests?

I love this statement and how absolutely raw accurate it says what many of us probably think.

Cos Cardone is just one board member whose true allegiances lie elsewhere.

Holly Ransom a died in the wool West Coast supporter appointed by Koch to make him look good by association.

Gavin Wanganeen whose true allegiance is to Essendon put up for member election by Koch to get George Fiachi off the board.

The PAFC is David Koch's play thing and the last thing he wants are people on the board that disagree with him.

So frustrating to see our once great club be internally dismantled by outsiders that don't give a shit.

As the pressure is building on all the imposters, we can only hope it happens soon and to more than just the coach, Koch and the board should be held responsible for mess they are going to leave behind.

Yep, but how do we destroy people like him? Been to 3 AGMs recently & Koch is embarrassing.

Who is Jarrad Schofield? How Eagles' new coach learned the hard way

As Jarrad Schofield prepares to take the reins for the final seven weeks of the season, Nathan Schmook looks at his storied journey in football thus far

His time as interim should also be used as an interview for our senior coaching role
This is our biggest issue with putting all of our eggs in the Josh Carr basket. We’ve backed ourselves into a corner where we kind of have to have him as our next coach or renege on what is essentially a promise that he’s getting that job, to the point where we won’t even really be able to look at whether there are better options out there. Now granted, Josh Carr is a very good option to be forced into having, but still it just feels a bit too familiar with this club not really doing due diligence and following a proper process with these things.

The good thing is with Hinkley and possibly Davies out of the way, Josh should be able to get things on his terms.

You are correct in saying if we just slide Carr into the job, the club has not done it's due diligence looking for the best available person at that point in time.
