Spoke to him several weeks ago and he told me he had put on 5-6kg. Also said that the bio-mechanics expert was trying to change his running style as it currently has the potential to put pressure on certain parts of his body. I don't even pretend to understand it properly....but it wasn't the most encouraging thing I've heard.
Before anyone slashes their wrists, I'm not sure how serious it was.
It's not serious at all, thats why they are changing it now.
It is a complete nothing just retraining him on how to run properly.
