An absolute lambasting of a broadcaster if it caught a female footy player in any form of undress like you often see in the men’s sheds before/during/after a game. That’s why I asked if there were cameras in there, I’d be amazed.
$$$ rule but cameras in the men’s sheds are also an invasion of privacy IMO.
we live in an equal world so if there are cameras in the ladies game then fair bump, play on.

We live in a world where beat ups are going to occur again and again and again. The microscope is applied to so many areas of life now in the hope that something will be revealed that can grab a headline or activate a moral alarm among the masses awaiting the next whiff of a scandal. This is the second time this season the changing room camera has caught the same player doing something wrong.

This would be the ideal.

Changing rooms are a mental space as much as a physical one, especially before the game. Players and staff have their own routine/s, some try to visualise the game, others try to focus elsewhere, and throughout it all they try and connect as a unit.

It doesn't serve any purpose for the club and its players to be spied on at that moment. The delicate sensibilities of viewers seemingly can't handle it. Only the AFL and its ideology of complete 'access' seems to be driving it, giving us yet another 'initiative' we really don't need to see.

In the circumstances, I actually find it oddly comforting that JDG was oblivious enough to the all-seeing eye to act naturally.
