I think you missed my point, post said he would be in the top 20-25 currently in the league, I said I don’t think he’s there at the moment.

I think he will be the number one player in the game at some point.
Well he finished just outside the top 20 in last years Brownlow as a 19 year old.

So we shouldn’t share subjective opinions?

Time to close the website down.
You absolutely can, but Brownlow votes also carry a lot of weight, although you might disagree. It's another subjective metric. Your comment was 'brownlows aren't an accurate' reflection, sure, no stat/opinion are accurate really cause we all have bias' but still it's a reflection that carries more weight than subjective armchair votes.

Fair, however if we’re talking about who the top 20, 30, 40 etc players are I don’t think the overly relevant to discuss Brownlow votes.

It’s a relevant stat if you’re talking midfielders but not overall players IMO.

Great young player, his ability to hit a leading target while running absolutely flat chat from a stoppage is a real weapon.

I’m sorry guys but he is just a bit meh

As it stands I think that on the talent scale, I’d take George Wardlaw over JHF. Id be staggered in that sense if Wardlaw doesn’t have the better career when it’s all said and done .

The trade was still worth it for Port but he isn’t taking the club to the next level. He is nothing more then Ports 3rd best midfielder

Great example of recency bias.

He's been better than Rozee & Butters this year it just shows you've watched him fukc all, the whole place is in a holding pattern until Hinkley is sacked anyway.

Not gotta tempt fate by liking or agreeing with this... But I'm thinking (hoping) it loudly 😇

JHF is a gun and he (rightfully) should be leading the brownlow medal count by a large margin.

This is the problem with the footy world today, everyone expects players to be guns immediately and perform like they are in their prime......

He's still young and he'll be next Dusty, dominating finals matches in due course.

Hinkley is not going to be sacked. He's the best coach available.

According to the bookies, JHF is currently... $81 odds for the Brownlow.

This is behind players like Jordan Dawson ($67) and Sam Walsh ($34).

Id put JHF at the same level as say Jordan De Goey, whereas I expect Wardlaw to more or less be the next Lachie Neale and in that Brownlow conversation
