My boy!!!

Interestingly, our 5 choices were:

The Magpies had only five names on their draft board. Four were gone by the time they were on the clock. Jai Culley went to West Coast. Essendon took Massimo D’Ambrosio. Hawthorn and Port Adelaide added ruckmen in Max Ramsden and Brynn Teakle respectively. It meant Carmichael was on his way to the AIA Centre.

I
Disagree. I don't have his stats handy but to the eye he butchers his field kicking more than he should.
I agree. Far too many floaters and tumblers mixed in with the ones that he hits sweetly. He tends to rush rather than slow down in his last few steps before delivery.

He's basically a good kick, as his goals showed.
With more coaching and experience he'll get better.
He's only had 3 games at AFL level, so he's shown more than anyone could reasonably have expected.

I was referring to Degoey's kicking. JC was being compared to Jordie.
Carmichael already looks a better set shot than Jordie
