100% the team's fault, not Golding himself, but I'm sure you knew I meant that.

The cars have a number in the top left corner of their winscreens, showing their position in the race. Some of the numbers are green, others orange and even purple.

I get the significance of the numbers themselves, but is there any significance to the colours?

Yellow/Orange: Default colour for Primary Driver to display a Car's position in the Session.
Blue: Default colour for Co-Driver to display a Car's position in the Session.
Purple: When a Car has set the fastest lap for the Race, the position number will be displayed Purple the same as the timing screen in the garages. The Driver’s position number will stay Purple for the duration of the Race to show they have set the fastest lap unless another Driver records a faster lap.
Green: When a Car sets a personal sector and/or overall best lap time, the position number will be displayed Green for that lap.

I was expecting Waters to jump up to 2nd there in those pitstops (based on fuel fill numbers from the first stop versus the 2nd stop), but he's in 4th behind the RB's

Also cost him any chance, admittedly slim, at the time before the 3rd stop of having a shot at the championship... it's just Brown and Feeney now with Brown in the box seat... can't help but feel Brown hasn't been a good quality champion... but that's T8 for you they always seem to get into a powerful position.

Its a rubbish track with cars that are super similar.

Wondering if Mostert should have been done for an unsafe release on his 3rd stop, adding insult to injury.

It appeared to me that one of his pit crews was still touching the car, specifically the driver side mirror, when the car was dropped and started to move.

They under-filled him when they realised they were draining fuel from the wrong storage tank!
Stop fuelling immediately.
