Everett was in prison at the time of the Gerard Ross murder.

1. Baldivis explosive depot.
2. Gerard was outside the depot whilst the explosion was inside it. A few hundred meters and a few years difference between the two events.

Nothing in MSM that the SAS has any facilities or training areas near Baldivis. The explosives depot is a state government facility for private businesses to store or manufacture explosive materials. It can only be legally entered via passing a guard house on the entry road overseen by a CVTV tower.

The 1993 attempted abduction of a Sheraton hotel worker made mention by the media suggests the media and police feel there is a potential connection with the JC case.
Its another case of we still know nothing. Why hasn't more information been released?
Another witness with information. Women being targeted at hotels.
In this case, about 5 years later.


"Workmates told police that Ms Cutler stayed until the party ended about 12.30am on Monday, June 20. She was last seen leaving the venue alone and driving away from the hotel’s staff parking area in her Fiat. She never made it back to the Fremantle home she shared with a friend."

The motive is sex and the attacker gets off on the submission of women with onr womsn defecating herself after being badly beaten.

The two hotels these clubs were attached were high end hotels.

Many of the unsolved cold cases are women who left clubs on their own after a night out.

Potentially, if police feel the cases are connected, the perp had a gripe with hospitality women in general.

He had found a soft target in the CBD where women had often left at the same time from workplace.
He sat and waited for that opportunity. 1993 was a time in his life he had a chance to do this.

Stumbled over an ABC radio transcript, Background Briefing.

The police didn't just suggest to the Cutler family their daughter may have been one of the CSK's early victims. They told the ABC the same thing.


"They have also told Background Briefing that they believe that another disappearance, that of 22-year-old Julie Cutler almost a decade earlier, in 1988, is connected."
