It looks like the AFL symbol and the Freo symbol have been photoshopped on. the lighting and angle doesnt look right. Not happy with our Club that's for sure. No doubt next year when I'm doing the chant it wont matter what our players wear.
Nevertheless it's not the way to build a culture if you keep changing one the main ingredients.
Found this site DockerNow. Anyone know anything about it ? seems to be up to date.
Here is a pick from the site
thats cos they have...It looks like the AFL symbol and the Freo symbol have been photoshopped on. the lighting and angle doesnt look right.
I wonder if this could all be a red herring. Get everyone in a tiz and then present the purple haze jumper on sat night. Doubt it, but one can dream.
Picture a stick figure anchor with a stick figure D interlocking with it. Very basic and simplistic and looks like something a primary school kid has drawn.

The change is confirmed.
I liked the old jumper.
“Significantly, we will officially call ourselves the “Fremantle Dockers
Rosich said that the new logo would entrench the anchor as a lasting symbol of the Fremantle Dockers Football Club.
“In the 2011 pre-season, the club will seek feedback from members, supporters and the general public on the Fremantle Dockers’ club song, including possible alternatives,” he said.
I like those new styles.
Fair enough people are attached to the anchor etc. but find me a professional sporting club that hasn't in some way shape or form updated/modified/modernised their brand over the last 100 years?
Well there you go, not so bad afterall. We're not abandoning our heritage and we're not infringing on registered trademarks. I'm happy with it.
I can watch Hilly kick it to Pav whenever I bloody well want to.
