Whilst I'm at it, if Essendon ever go the inverse path as the clash, this should be the third.

I had another thread which was a heritage round concept of old away/clash jumpers from the AFL era. Jumpers from the era I grew up watching footy.

Thought I'd post them here as well anyway.

This is so, so good. Absolutely love it.

Agree with posters above that the tiniest bit of red would be great. Tiny line on collar and cuffs, maybe?

Not much I would change, but I'd add an actual collar, make the FFC at the front bolder and make the hoops a bit higher.

Full home kit worn at all home games and away against Collingwood, Geelong, Gold Coast, GWS, Hawthorn, Port Adelaide, St Kilda and Sydney.

Clash
Had the same idea as the home, moved the hoops up a bit higher and added an actual collar. I also decided the cuffs looked better in colour as well.

Full clash kit worn at away games against Adelaide, Brisbane Lions, Carlton, Fremantle, Melbourne and West Coast.

Inspired by a one-off jumper design worn by the Bulldogs in 2005. Worn in heritage round.

Decided to mish-mash red, white and blue and ended up with this. Worn in all pre-season games.

Essendon's 150 year in 2022, and the addition of a Women's team... if they don't unveil a new logo for that it might never happen

Thoughts on the Pies maybe moving to bird-related kits like their training? White for away (obs) and black for home (maybe black cuffs/collar for away). Shorts could probably have a triple stripe pattern on the side and remain black. I think that'd be awesome and definitely be unique.
