Melbourne's MCC jacket is top notch. But the Powderfinger Brisbane is just sooo good. Funnily enough I was on my way home listening to Sunsets when I saw the IG post!

I think this is very creative, but I don’t like Geelong’s one because it reminds me of the police force.

Juist curious. What would some teams' design would like if companies didn't have their colours bleed through and just have the writing in white/black with no background ie it flows with the design.
For example Melbourne's Zurich sponsorship not having the blue box, and just the writing to allow the Melbourne red V to flow. Same as Fremantle's- no orange background and jus the BankWest.

sadly including sponsors on the dockers jumper is difficult without a box, because a white or purple coloured sponsor logo blends too much into the chevrons. woodsides red box wasnt that bad as red is a former colour.

This sometimes works okay, but it depends on the logo positioning. For example; Beyond Bank (for Dees) and Hyundai (for Lions) and for the Blues (2018 back) work quite well without any sort of box. Some clubs also are smarter with and without the box, Essendon is a great example, see below without a box for Fujitsu (2016)



And then a few years later with the 2019 kit with a box

Both worked pretty well, and the Amart one was clever because it sat within the confines of the sash.

I would love to see XL Express get rid of their hideous box on the Lions kits, but their colours are definitely green, yellow and the white wordmark, so I doubt they would agree to go black and white just for sponsorship.

As above, yep, very clean, and the stripes are a great width
Also prefer the white-back jumper and think it was thrown away too readily
