A quick summary of my observation of his game..

He didn't dominate, however did everything right. Played on the wing for most of the game...

His disposal was great and he does look alot bigger...

does it look like he has altered his running stride to decrease the strain on his hamstrings?

Had some feed-back on the main board that Lucas was disappointed last year at the handling of his hamstring issue, by the CFC.

Poster made the point that Lucas had advised the medical team of his concerns but was told by the coaching staff that he would be playing regardless and of course we know what ensued.

Tracked the poster and doesn't seem like a fraud.
I do hope this wasn't the case for Lucas and it would be pretty silly to risk a career after that player had warned you of his concerns.

Mistakes are made (if this was true). Hopefully the fitness staff have learnt their lesson and it wont happen again.....with any of the boys.

Saw him on Lygon Street on Sunday (he must have ducked out of the Family Day).

He sat down at the table next to me with his mother and a mate (I'm guessing?). Seemed taller than what I thought he would be.

Anywho - they ordered bruchetta to start off with - and I think he went on to have the veal scalopini as a main.

Pancetta.

But I'm fairly sure there was an option of either Pancetta or Bacon - you can request either (or perhaps even both).

EDIT: Yep - I've just checked the restaurant's website - and the online menu gives you the option of either bacon or pancetta.

At times it just seems that his peripheral awareness is just a fraction out which allows him to get caught at times he shouldn't.

Nope... what you have is a player that is always cool and calm... he calculates the best option...

He is not rushed with his disposal... but will clear it if need be...
