Here's one for the academics. At the most recent KDFNL Tribunal a Lancaster and Nagambie player were both given two week suspended sentences and allowed to play this week. The bad news is this can't happen -

If the case is heard by the Tribunal or Area Appeals
Board and a player is found guilty of an offence
(as outlined in 1 or 3) the player may receive the
one match set penalty as a minimum (suspended
sentences can only be provided for if the one match
set penalty is applied - ie. player found guilty and
suspended for 3 matches for striking with 2 matches
suspended, player to serve 1 match).

Straight from the 2015 handbook.
Thommo might as well take his week next week if that's the case
Also heard rushy ground isn't safe to play on

thommo was good today hard at it and plenty of run
russ and perry real good
and the defence only gave up 6 scoring shots
wonder how the one down the road went ?

Nagambie pizzled merrigum scoreboard was generous in dogs favour ! Ratyray 2.5 and Htl 0.5

Fair enough, I thought we were probably flattered by the margin in the end. Had all the play in the last quarter but couldn't put enough on the scoreboard to reign in the defecit.
Very ordinary day for the dogs, but like the Wombats last week it's still only April.

I suppose all we can say is atleast we've seen the best from Nagambie.... Shame we couldn't produce our best, no match for them yesti they were too good.... Oh well, just have to worry about Tally next week now....

2.8 for the big red he told me today..
Haha 2.8? Oh the exaggeration.... As BHH said it was more like 2.5.... & I wouldn't have thought HTL kicked 5pts, he probably only had 5 kicks all day & his 1st 2 were snaps from the boundary that both went straight across goal to the opposite pocket....

Should have seen how many points Wellington kicked for us? That's right he didn't play....

Was it true Wellington pulled out cause Jackson Hutton give him a bath last time they met and maybe you should take a closer look at the game he kicked more than 5 points

Ventured up to merrigum to witness the gf replay and was surprised at how one sided most of the first 3 quarters were. Merrigum looked flat credit to them though pushed the lakers in last quarter. Nagambie got some quality juniors pushing through the ranks. howd lanky go 2nd round in? Looked good at times last week

Has there been any resolution to this ?

So I hear on the grapevine that Lanky has already replaced its Ruckman? Big man Rutherford that went down with a knee for them in Rd1 won't be continuing with the club & they have sounded out a replacement & of very good quality is all I'm told at this stage.... & yes before anyone ask's he is "another" Melbourne boy.... Hahahaha

Doesnt matter cause we still knocked you and them off the last two weeks comfortably.

Maybe stop worrying about Lanky giving you the ass and try and beat us

Hahahaha Your such a ****wit beamdogg.... As I have stated several times I don't care what happened last year, I play at Merrigum now & am very happy.... I was merely putting up some general footy discussion about potential new recruits to the league & yes it just so happen to be about Lancaster.... So instead of being a "hide behind my username pussy" that thinks his & his clubs shit don't stink why don't you start getting involved in some constructive conversation....

Ps just remember mate it's only Rd2 & April.... ALOT can happen between now & September.... ;)
