stanhope will take some beating this year. maybe yea or stanhope on their day could cause some trouble but probably would take an effort equal to that of tally's last year, but even then the weather played a large role. can't see the lions letting that happen again, especially if pearcey gets up and running again.

A.Clarke won the 3's by a considerable margin.

A. Brunt won his second Pearce medal in the Picola League by 6 votes.

Doona, watched the Yea vs Merrigum game on Saturday and was very impressed with young Ashley Walsh as a footballer. Didn't realise he is under 18..... Great talent and big future ahead of him.....

Yeah Ash is a beauty, young and pretty pacy and likes to take em on. Reckon it was a great effort to finish 3rd in the club b & f after forgoing his final year of 3rds football.

Was a good day for some positive play Satdy, but not ideal going into finals as the pressure applied was token stuff at times. Big test this week and cant afford any passengers against the young Rushy side who ran em off their legs when they last met.

Was rapt to see 2003 premiership player Justyn Hazelman fill in for the two's as he had a day off work - got the 3 votes in Sunday's 2's count won by young Wolstencroft.

Hey doona or anyone who may know, is there anywhere on the net that ya can have a look at last nights count each games votes, or even just more than the top 3? would love to see which players polled best for there clubs.....?

Congratulations to Molisak, his stellar performance against us in the last round probably got him over the line. well done also to lowey for almost going back to back and to hoota for polling 8 bog's, is that a record? anyone from rushy confirm that A.Clarke won back to back leaugue medals?

There's nothing on the shepp news site bodsy.
The clubs normally come away with a sheet printed out of who polled and in what games so if you had someone go over for the night they might have one.
Reading the article Molly polled in 13 matches. Not a bad effort from the little man.

Doona yes Justyn had a ball on Saturday in the 2's and looked like he played a good game. Must say the senior side looked very good at stages and wish them all the best for the upcoming finals series.

Nah, I reckon Stanhope should still be favourites (not that it really matters, it's all about getting the job done on the day). Someone posted that Stanhope have a good spread of goalkickers, which is probably preferable.

Still, it's an interesting stat.

Yeah back to back, but not something I would be pumping up as he should have played seniors all year instead of running around again in the 3's

It was probably soggy from the tears. That sheila behind the counter really struggles when you give her more than one order at a time. How did your partner in crime pull up, he looked a bit down when I left youse.

In the main menu in blue on left hand side of page click on competitions.
Then, just to the right of the middle click on draws / results next to the kdfl seniors under the red writing season 2006.
Next, click on top 10 awards on right hand side of page under the black writing that says navigation options
And there you go, pick a team and read away....

Thanks Bodzy, not quite the award I was after but still and interesting read all the same. I'm sure they'll have it up before next season..... if we're lucky.
