Rushy defeated Stanhope by 4 goals in Gig night series final tonight, were the the more desperate side on the night and their intensity wasnt matched by the Stanhope side. Foot skills were very poor from the lions and still a bit of work to be done. Only early days and thats the biggest hurdle Rushy and its supporters need to get over as Hanson will need to make sure they don't get ahead of themselves.
Stanhope had 6-8 senior players out, Tav Perry didnt play for Rushy unsure on any others, but they will be much better than people think and could push top 3 if they keep the intensity shown tonight.
Stanhope will recover and finish top 3, but some players need to be able to match the determination and will to win shown by Rushy.

You mean when he mentioned about running a pre-season junior night series comp in conjunction to Gig, that was one of your own Mick Monahan, think he jumped in too early and thought Fritz was going to say Stanhope was going to run a night series against Gig.

i heard that jaxbac is scared sh1tless of the potency of the tally footy club and how good they are going to be this year so he has reverted to rumors and inuendo of broken bones and players leaving in order to rattle their cage a bit, Dont think it'll happen champ Redlegs Premiers 2007

Skillz , dont get to ahead of ya self mate , tallys looking good but still have to gel and play well as team , should go great guns once up and running with all the boys on the track at once , monty boys are looking good and so to is lugger shay

You obviously tied up down there Mick I mean Sashahnd if Gig want to keep running the night series they need to pour some money into and upgrade them significantly. The concept is fine much better than slugging out a 6 quarter practice match with 10 people around.

Yes wasnt a hard one to work out OTM, was going to reel him along for a bit longer but anyway.
True lights aren't great for spectating or playing, watched a thirds praccy match at Stanhope last Thursday and they are definately better than Gig.
If Stanhope went and ran a junior comp I think that would tie in well with the Gig comp.

a good draw will hopefully see us mid range, 8 wins would be a pass mark, list has improved a lot from last year, some older heads to lead the young blokes will be a huge advantage.

Yeh gazza,a bloke by the name of James Frankcombe. Apparently was only going to coach the 2'nds but no one else put in for the 1st's so he put his hand up to do it. Not a bad bloke,works out at pucka with my missus driving for Transfield and not a bad cricketer either.
