with his pin point accuracy, and agility through the mid, he will be too strong for any match up, he has the ability to run all day, he's slim, he's fit, he's smart, he's geoff biddle!!

anyone know who capt's are for 08? :confused:

yeah i know you have lost a few, was talking to shaun damon the other day, alright mates with him, and he said ya's had lost a few, but you might have picked up some, that was a month ago.... and not having a go at you or anything, but you can have some of the best players in ur team, but it wont make you win, yes they will do gud stuff on the field, but you need a team to gel before you can think about winning,

a top example would be vt, and also ardmona, ardy had one or two gud players, but they gelled, which made them a fairly strong side from about round 10 of the season, therefore sneaking up on vt, stanny, etc during the season....

and vt, if u noticed were a very young side, underrated, not even thought to be top 6 at the start of the year.... they had a few gud players, but they gelled which really made them an increadibly strong side.... they didnt rely on big shot players to win the game, they relied on the team and themselves to get the job done, because they were all mates, and gelled increadibly well.

so anyone on here can boast about having freak players playing for you, but it takes more than 1, 2, 3, or 4 blokes to win a game of football. :thumbsu::thumbsu:

yes true that is i forgot about those players, also terran played a few games for rushy and will be dearly missed, rushy have also picked up some player such as Mat Thomas and Jem Lambden some younger ones there from under 14's

Never said they would make rushy win and they arnt what i would call freak players, but are handy footballers to have. Tom clarke is a much better footballer to fit the roll as ruckman than the previous one Michael Telford. As for shaun he is very handy around the packs and up forward they will be big contributors to the team but yes i agree takes more than a couple of players to go all the way to winning a flag, v.t did prove that last year! well done to them.

Rushy have lost quite a few players i have heard, Andrew Tait the big hairy mammal is not playing due to his prehistoric age, such as the former known muscle building champion Alex BG and the board short wearing Shannon Gilbert, these are some star key players for rushy thats just to name a few of course

well from all reports, i've heard that vt and nag have both got a short list for this round due to injury etc etc, naggaz with men like sanderson.... (bucket arms) nagaz might challenge the vt to the last minute, my tip, draw,

anyone else have a fair idea on the vt naggaz game tomorrow about who's most likely to win and why?

I disagree he shoud stick around show some ticker ya dont ditch clubs cos there shit or your just a shit bloke, ya move on to better footy but there is no shame in playin for your home team
