Looks like they have just done a clean sweep from Ringo and Silvers post about kdl fan, and who they think it is, to the last one posted, which was after yours Normo, about possible recruits for the year. Seems a bit strange.

I'm a bit out of the loop now days roo (something about not trusting me to keep any info off social media) but to have one this early I'd always good. Makes recruiting much easier when the coach has been appointed. Article in shepp news says he's rung nearly all players from this year and all are keen... but it is October

Agreed. They’ll go nowhere with that coach, seems to have a bad rep from most teams and doesn’t seem to have brought anyone with him. If anything, they’ve lost guys I believe.

Think you’ll find the word is they’ve just lost their best player who they’d announced was returning. Feel for the Club, they try, but then they put out a head-scratcher like his reappointment. Another tough year for Longy it seems especially with how strong the League looks. Can’t see there being too many easy games, it’ll be a dogfight.

But then again I don’t know the guy I heard him the awards once and I was embarrassed his flogging a dead horse not sure to many involved inside the footy club walls have any footy smarts. I think they believe the guys they have at the club are good players but I beg to differ.

I think they Internally budget $55-60k max for their Salary Cap, which would make it hard

15 Clubs in the League at the moment I'd say 55 to 65. Would be on 500 or over. Top 4 players on most lists carry a good weight of the spending generally.
