The perfect sort of player for our game style, watching him, Beau and Bobby all in the same forward lien is going to be a lot of fun. With Elliot still there and Ginni trying to crack the 22, we've probably got the best mix of small forwards in the league.

Geez he kicked a lot of difficult snaps off his left in that highlight reel the club posted.

Not happy with the opportunity cost, or with the fact that we just gave what Freo were asking. We're going to have to say no one of these days, or clubs will just ask for more and more.

But yeah he's a good player. Looking forward to seeing how he gels with our other forwards

Welcome to The Pies Schultz, a great pick up, i'm sure Fly and the Coaching staff will get the best out of you. I think we paid a bit too much, but oh well. I actually like the looks of our forward line, we aren't reliant on an expensive key forward, we have multiple goal scorers and a nice replacement for Elliott.

I look forward to you kicking a bag against Freo next year.

Draft picks are a hope we’ll get something we need in time after development, bringing in quality needs players with a known output not much of a gamble. A big fan of TayvAdams but Shultz seems to be a big upgrade in the role Tay was playing this last year. I think the cost is ok

Dane was a steal, he was carving them up in the juniors but didn't like to train too hard. Just one of those kids you play against in juniors that has the ability to come straight from his mates place and turn up to the game and dominate

Glad to get Schultz but we overpaid in a massive way.

Hugely disappointed we have no first round pick next year and this year's first round pick is basically second round... I didnt see small forwards as deficiency we needed to give our future first round pick to address.

We can still trade this years first for next years. Some team will be keen on our pick on trade night. We can still pull of a first round pick if we really want to.

Excellent. I don’t see us sliding out of the top 4, and next years draft looks like it’ll be hit by some F/S and/or academy types prior to that range.

Happy to trade a late teens pick + 34 for him. Will be a gun

It’s late teens + adams really. We still have our 2022 first and second round picks for the draft. We might not have even wanted to use both picks in the 30s this year anyway.
