This thread could well be the best thing I have read on this entire board !!!! I never got to see the game but recieved a text from a friend who filled me in on the details. I just had to come straight here and see how much fun everybody was having !

Where are all the PORT supporters to defend their "proud" clubs honour ?!?! Gone into hiding no doubt. Just watch though, as soon as any other side loses after leading at 3/4 time, they will be jumping all over them saying they are worse chokers. But no, PORT must wear the chokers tag for good now. They will forever be known as the chokers of the comp. Hard to imagine any team losing so many games that were seemingly in the bag.

Some have mentioned FREMANTLE losing a few in similar fashion, but they are nowhere near the side PORT are and weren't in the GF last year. This is supposedly the 2nd best team from 2007 we are seeing capitulating week after week. Yeah right !

As for The Chad, talk about instant karma ! Very similar to his "dream final" comments a few years back against ADELAIDE. You would think he would learn to keep his mouth shut, but I think it shows the mentality at PORT. They are all like school yard bullies who have big mouths when they hang around in packs, then go soft when the heat is on.

I love it !!!!
They play GEELONG at Skilled next week. Probably the best thing for them really. At least they won't be in a position to choke that one away. By 3/4 they will be behind by plenty !
