Leigh Matthews re-joins Seven AFL finals coverage

I think Bruce got his spark back this weekend as a direct result of Leigh Mattews being in the box with him. Having Cometti and getting Leigh is the only thing Channel 7 have done right since they got the rights back

I also think Tim Watson is terribly boring as I commentator.

It's time to go Tim Watson and David Schwarz, yes they add nothing to the coverage.

Buckley and Matthews would work well as a team. Need to go along the lines of channel 10, getting a coaching and playing perspective, ie. Darcy, Blight & Voss, as well as experienced commentators.

McAvaney and Cometti I think are growing as a team and Buckley complements them well.

Will Channel 10 chase Matthews to cover the loss of Voss?

Matthews seem adept to commentary and seems to enjoy it.

Would love to see Morphett and Sandy Roberts back for a cameo calling a game!

Channel 7 is easily by far the best broadcaster, and fox and Channel 10 are a distant second & third because I don't care really who gets it.
Channel 7's high long shot camera angles when you can see the players lead and a birds eye view is a real good feature, along with the mic on the umps. Olarenshaw does a good job on the boundary and gets good interviews with people, and the pre-game talk on the open area at the top of the G was good atmosphere to the coverage.
Bucks, Bruce, Den, and now Leigh, (Schwarz can look to move on but, and another recent retiree shall join next year hopefully). Good work 7, back where footy belongs.

Agree with all comments except Olarenshaw, he also needs to go like Schwarz. I think the 7 coverage is the best out of the 3.
