Leon davis to be traded?

Heard on the radio SEN news, that Leon would agree to a trade if it's to a SA or WA club and it benefits his current club. Anyone else know more?

He has kinda always been up for trade if either of the WA clubs give us a decent offer, but that ain't going to happen. Here's hoping he puts in a good preseason and gets back to AA form.

I have a soft spot for Leon. I think he still has a role to play at the club one the field, even if his finals record isn't the best.

Plus he's still a senior player providing important leadership/inspiration to the younger guys.

If he could get his body right and go to a club that doesn't have the same level of midfield depth I think he would be a very handy pick up for another club.

He didn't quite fit our structure this year but we know he is better than what his output was this year.

I think Leon will start the season in the team. He did not warrant selection in the GF Replay but he is traditionally a great player during the regular season.

He may not be in the best 22 come finals time, but I think he might for large parts of the 2011 season.

I am just so happy! These are the only problems we should ever have to discuss

1307: Trade murmur: From Luke on the email: My sister works for qantas as a flight attendant, and she just got off a flight and rang me and told me two people of note were on it, Andrew Walker & Leon Davis.

1328: Trade murmur: Luke (1307) has confirmed Leon Davis and Andrew Walker were seen on a flight from Melbourne to Adelaide. Mmmm ... interesting. I can't imagine they'd be going there for a holiday.​

Leon is always in Adelaide during the off season. His mrs is from Adelaide and has heaps of family here. See him out a bit when he is here

I think Leon is a reallly close buddy of andy krakouer, it would be great to have him spend his last year teaching dicky and andy( I assume andy krakour will be at collingwood)

I reckon leon will want to be traded to a west oz team maybe fremantle think he would find it very hard now to get a senior game. especially now we have cracker small forward also play on ball.

Neon, dick, krack, is a trio that in the same forward line could cause teams a shitload of problems next year.
